Delivery

We use UPS to deliver our mattresses; they collect from our UK hub and transport it over to Cyprus and Europe, when your delivery is uploaded to their system, you receive a tracking link, so you are informed of it’s progress. It takes approximately 48-72 hours to reach Cyprus customs and when it is cleared by customs, UPS will contact you direct to arrange delivery. From ordering to receiving your purchase, the process takes approximately 10 -14 working days.

We pay a full insurance for your delivery, if for any reason the external packaging is damaged on receipt, please take photos of this prior to opening your mattress, if any damage has occurred photos will need to be emailed, for us to rectify the situation.
